Our return policy allows you 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, sealed, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Products must be in pristine condition suitable for resale.
To initiate a return, please email us at accounts@happygenius.co.za. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
International Orders
We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
